September was a busy month for 6th Class!
We had a great outing to the open day at Marino College where we got an excellent insight into what Secondary School is like. Afterwards, before walking back to school, we stopped off at the playground in Fairview Park for some collaborative games and great fun was had!
September also saw the official launch of our amazing new I.T. infrastructure, and it was a very exciting day for our school. We welcomed lots of guests on the day including Minister Paschal Donohoe (the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform). It was extra special for 6th Class as Room 8 were chosen to demonstrate the new equipment for all our guests. Minister Donohoe even took part in a maths lesson and he managed to complete some very challenging word problems based on the upcoming Budget 2025 – with a little help from the boys and girls!
