We celebrated Book Week 2026 from Monday 2nd March to Friday 6th March. It was an enjoyable week for the children and staff, with the emphasis on the joy of reading. The children really enjoyed Teacher Swap, which took place throughout the week. They enjoyed different teachers popping in to read to them. The teachers also enjoyed visiting different classes. Paired Reading was a huge success. It was wonderful to see the children reading to each other and the kindness displayed was a joy to witness! The week ended with our Character Dress-Up Day and Book Week Awards. Each teacher picked one child for their efforts during Book Week 2026 to receive a special award, which was a lovely end to a fun week in our school.
