3rd Class – “The Candy Bomber”

February 10, 2023

This month, 3rd class were inspired by the story ‘The Candy Bomber’, which tells the true-story of how American Lieutenant Halvorsen dropped candy from his plane to children in Berlin after WWII using parachutes made from handkerchiefs. 3rd class have been working very hard in their groups to plan and design the best parachute that will allow them to safely drop a chocolate egg from a height, without the egg breaking! We will keep you updated on our progress and results!
